Mark Giordarno of West Roxbury, in his letter of February 12th, blames Renee Good for her murder at the hands of a poorly-trained ICE agent in Minneapolis, then goes on to blame former President Biden as well. And for good measure, he threw in his opinion that Alex Pretti should have known better than to protest these goons.

Whatever Mr. Giordarno says, fascism is evil, state-sponsored killing of innocent civilians is evil, and sending armed goons out on the streets with orders to raise hell is evil. To remind Mr. Giordarno, if you live in the United States in a “blue” state, you yourself are at risk of being killed by these people for simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time – regardless of whom you voted for. Hopefully it won’t happen to you or any of your loved ones, but the threat is real and the probability of more deaths is high.

And you’re OK with that? The majority of Americans aren’t.
